The Environment and Territory Planning Ministry of the Junta de Galicia participates in the KET4F-Gas project through the General Directorate of Environmental Quality and Climate Change, which performs the competences and functions in terms of evaluation and control of potential damages that human activity may cause in the environment, the promotion of systems and strategies to correct those damages, the evaluation of the effects of certain plans and programs on the environment, the promotion of environmental research and technological development and its implementation to the achievement of adequate environmental protection and the development of studies and reports on the environment.
